Concrete Building Supply Co. has expertise in accurate precast and masonry takeoffs. With a fully automated estimating department, we will provide the following by project/job:

Precast Concrete Estimates & Submittals:

• Package prices - Based on the Job Specifications
• Package pricing allows your estimator to INSERT a single line item for all precast structures on the job estimate. Package pricing helps avoid the mistakes that may occur with the old methods of costing a job, for example, vertical footage pricing for sanitary manholes. Package prices typically include coatings, ladders, cast iron or hatches, boots and coring, joint sealant, and delivery charges to the job site.
• Structure Pricing - At your request we will price your project by the structure. Structure prices typically include the same as package prices, but allow for a better breakdown and cost analysis of the project.

Masonry Estimates & Submittals:

• Our estimating department provides complete estimates based on our takeoffs.
• A detailed breakdown of all masonry products and accessories is provided for each project. Concrete Building Supply furnishes price and quantity estimates on block, brick, mortars, masonry colorant, waterproofing and other admixtures, joint reinforcing, rebar, masonry anchors, ties and other steel accessories, moisture control systems, mechanical anchors, and adhesives.
